jekyll/octopress 嵌入式 youtube 视频缓存问题

我有一个 octopress 网站 http://irlnathan.github.io/sailscasts/，它嵌入了来自 youtube 的不同截屏视频。 The correct video is displayed when the site is initially loaded, however, when a particular post is selected and one goes back from the browser all of the embedded videos point to the same single video.

但您可能希望在视频前添加<!--more-->，这样视频就不会显示在博客列表页面中。所有这些视频都使页面加载有点慢，这有点违背使用静态页面的目的。
