According to the docs，您可以将--enable-peer-exchange 设置为false 来启动aria2c，就是这样。

--enable-peer-exchange [true|false]

启用对等交换扩展。如果在 torrent 中设置了私有标志，即使 true 为该下载，此功能也会被禁用 给定的。默认值：true
