当用户上传zip类型文件时，如果为gzip设置EncodingType属性。

下载的时候客户端会检查文件类型是否可以压到EncodingType，如果不匹配会出现如下异常：

@Gaurav Mantri 航行时，您可以将 EncodingType 属性设置为 None 或确保 EncodingType 设置与文件本身的类型匹配。
