我已经创建了一个 Windows 服务，它应该在 Windows 启动时自动启动，但由于某种原因它不起作用。我使用了下面的代码：

使用 InstallUtil.exe 安装服务后，它会自动启动，但如果我重新启动，即使服务管理器中的配置为“自动”，它也不会启动。

我已经尝试更改为“自动（延迟启动）”，但没有任何改变。
