您的BroadcastReceiver 不会被调用，因为广播的操作不是android.intent.action.BOOT_COMPLETED 而不是RECIEVE_BOOT_COMPLETED。

如果你修复了你的接收器应该可以工作。

您启动服务的代码看起来不错。
