基于堆栈跟踪和NUnit release notes，我的印象是问题不是与面向 v4.0 平台的 NUnit 2.6.3 平台有关。

这似乎更可能是 NUnit 测试运行器的位数问题，在你的工作中是 x64：

NUnit runner 运行时是 v4.0.30319, x64

如果您的 MSIL 编译的测试程序集试图加载某些 x86 库或类似情况，则可以抛出 BadImageFormatException。

只需将 TeamCity 作业的配置更改为使用 32 位 NUnit 运行程序（.NET 运行时 v4.0、x86）即可解决此问题。
