帮助在 localhost 上配置 red5-recoder 媒体服务器。

我已经用 jdk (jdk installer) 在 windows 10 上安装了 red5 媒体服务器 (windows installer)。一切都没有错误。安装后，我从安装文件夹运行 install-service.bat。我还从“控制面板\所有控制面板项\管理工具\服务”手动启动了服务器。 localhost:5080 正在运行，但是当我尝试访问“http://localhost:5080/installer/”时，flash 会抛出错误

   `Host: localhost
    Trying to connect
    Net status: NetConnection.Connect.Failed
    Trying to connect to war location`
