Wcf 并行和异步调用？

我建议你使用PerCall InstanceContextMode，在这种模式下，它为不同的调用创建不同的实例，并在不同的线程中调用它们；如果您使用 PerSession，它只会为您的会话创建一个实例，根据您的客户端代码，它只会创建实例并为您的请求提供服务。
