mkdir c:\certs #temporary folder where the certificates will be installed/updated
cd c:\certs
certutil.exe -generateSSTFromWU roots.sst
$sstStore = ( Get-ChildItem -Path C:\certs\roots.sst )
$sstStore | Import-Certificate -CertStoreLocation Cert:\LocalMachine\Root
-generateSSTFromWU 选项将所有证书下载到一个 .sst 文件中，该文件可以通过双击使用 MMC 打开，但我运行了上面列出的 Powershell 命令来安装所有证书。
