在 3.0 中，数据存储的位置已更改。 2.x 使用data/graph.db，在 3.0 中默认使用data/databases/graph.db。所以你想把你的安装脚本改成：

./neo4j-3.0.0/bin/neo4j-shell -path neo4j-3.0.0/data/databases/graph.db
