几天前我遇到了同样的问题，我设法通过更改表单事件来解决它，当您在 preSetData 事件中设置值时，symfony2 将设置数据并且它可能会改变你之前在 preSetData 事件中设置的内容，如果可以的话，将事件更改为 postSetData，这就是我解决它的方法，所以我希望这对你有用。

正如metalvarez 建议的in his/her comment 和working as expected，使用postSetData 事件而不是preSetData 一个：

public function postSetData(FormEvent $event) {
    // ...
}

preSetData 事件方法在使用默认值填充表单之前被调用，然后 Symfony2 将设置数据，它可能会与您之前设置的不同，因此使用 postSetData 代替。
