与lxml.etree 不同，lxml.html 将所有元素名称转换为小写。您可以通过将根元素（例如html.tostring(root)-）打印到控制台或文件来看到这一点。也就是说，获取 nonDerivativeTransaction 元素的正确 XPath 是：

tree.xpath("//nonderivativetransaction")

在我测试时，在问题末尾发布的代码块之后使用上述 XPath 返回 2 个元素。
