您应该从dependencies 中删除"typescript": "^2.3.4" 条目，并将devDependencies 中的条目替换为"typescript": "^2.3.4"。最新的 Angular 版本要求 typescript 版本至少为2.2.0。

还有一些注意事项：

将您的@types/lodash 移动到devDependencies 并将其更新为4.14.66
从依赖项中删除@angular/compiler-cli
将angular-cli 替换为"@angular/cli": "1.1.3"
