如果要连接到端口 6379（非 ssl 端口），则必须显式打开该端口。默认情况下，Azure Redis 需要加密连接（通过端口 6380）。详情请见https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/redis-cache/cache-configure#access-ports。
