CakePHP 不发送 POST答案

【问题描述】：

经过大量搜索，我发现了问题，但我不知道如何解决它。

当我将表单设置为enctype="multipart/form-data" 时，CakePHP2 发送一个空的$_POST，同样的情况下打印$this->request->data。如果我删除 add() 方法也可以。

它发生在从 Windows 迁移到 Debian 之后，但我检查了权限并编辑了 php.ini（POST_MAX_SIZE 和 UPLOAD），看起来很完美。
