Windows 覆盖控制台

Question

我正在下载 MingW，并注意到有一段时间安装程序会生成一个控制台窗口并下载文件。有趣的部分是它以某种方式在控制台窗口中创建下载栏并覆盖百分比数字。我想知道这是如何实现的？
