tensorflow 找不到 GPU

我已经安装了“tensorflow-GPU”，CUDA 10.0。我的GPU是GTX1660 ti。 我还测试了 bu CUDA 10.2 和 11。我将 cudnn 添加到 windows PATH 但我仍然收到此错误。
