第一个解决方案是使用 Anaconda Prompt

第二种解决方案是为 Windows 安装 OpenSSL。二进制文件可以在这里下载；

我在防火墙后面的工作笔记本电脑上运行 conda 时遇到了类似的问题。在您的主目录中创建一个 .condarc 配置文件，通常是 'c:\users\[your user id]'，如果不存在的话。添加一个条目以关闭 SSL 验证。看起来像这样：
