TortoiseHG 不是 Mercurial 客户端。而且你不应该在地址字段中写git clone，甚至很可能不写https。
Bitbucket 停止为 Mercurial 项目提供服务，现在只提供 git。
我认为你应该尝试使用 Bitbucket 自己的 git 客户端。
