您错误地使用了client.user.fetch()。您提供的变量 unbanned 是一个用户对象，因此会导致 API 错误。 client.user.fetch() 正在请求一个 id，所以改为写 client.user.fetch(unbanned.id)。

我找到了答案，把client.user.fetch(unbanned)换成let member = await client.users.fetch(args.slice(0).join(" "));
