这个错误是因为我对 Visual Studio 如何处理 OCX 文件的理解有限。当我将该文件作为参考添加到程序中时，程序创建了“Interop.OISSERVERLIB.dll”并且程序使用的是该文件，而不是原始 OCX。通过浏览“bin\Debug”文件夹，我能够将 DLL 添加到安装文件中，现在它可以正常工作了！
