这是两个单独的错误，您需要将第一个错误报告给 RVM：https://github.com/wayneeseguin/rvm/issues

第二个是您的系统有问题，您可以在安装程序中添加--debug 或--trace 标志以查看失败的网址，然后您应该能够在没有RVM 的情况下重现它 - 应该报告回到你的发行版，因为141 是意外的curl 错误。
