我无法在 wamp 服务器上安装 mangento。

我正在使用 magento-1.9.1.0 和 PHP 版本 5.4.16

请看下面的屏幕，我在 url http://localhost/magento/index.php/install/wizard/configPost/ 中安装 magento 时遇到此错误

我已经完成了以下 php.ini 设置：

a) max_execution_time = 18000

b) 最大输入时间 = 18000

c) memory_limit = 628M

d) mysql.connect_timeout = -1

我更新了上述设置，但出现“连接超时”问题。

请提出建议。我们该如何解决这个问题。
