brew postinstall python (2.7.13): [Errno 13] 权限被拒绝

我使用的是 OS X 10.11.6。我今天更新和升级了 brew。之后，pip 不起作用。它看起来好像在升级过程中没有安装。当我完成升级时，我看到了警告：
