include /etc/nginx/conf.d/*.conf;
include /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/*;

所有 vhost 配置文件都从 /etc/nginx/conf.d/ 和 /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/ 文件夹加载。但由于您的test.com 文件位于/etc/nginx/sites-available/，因此不应加载它。

您必须将该文件放在/etc/nginx/sites-enabled/ 文件夹中或创建指向它的链接，例如：

sudo ln -s /etc/nginx/sites-available/test.com /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/
