最可能的原因是注册表项不匹配。
如果您将西雅图安装在一个目录中，执行卸载然后在另一个目录中重新安装，则会发生这种情况。

解决方案是修复注册表项以获得帮助。

转到HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Embarcadero\BDS\17.0\Help\HtmlHelp1Files
并手动修复路径。
我已经从我的系统中包含了一个副本/粘贴。

请注意，\\ 仅在 .reg 文件中。在 regedit 中，您只会看到一个 \。
