我在使用 npm express 应用时遇到了类似的问题，并在无需编辑 bluemix-settings.js 文件的情况下修复了它。

简单删除对 process.env.VCAP_APP_HOST 的所有引用（不再是 Diego 中的引用）并将 process.env.VCAP_APP_PORT 更改为 process.env.PORT。

例如，

app.listen(port, host);
