我已经通过Package Manager Console成功添加了NuGet.Server包，但是当我想构建WebApplication时出现错误：

命名空间“NuGet”中不存在类型或命名空间名称“Server”（您是否缺少程序集引用？）

安装包没有报错，但是我看到项目的引用文件夹中没有添加NuGet.Server，为什么会这样？

在目标框架设置为 .NET Framework 4.0 的项目中尝试使用 Visual Studio 2015 构建它时，我遇到了同样的错误。将目标框架设置为 .NET Framework 4.6.1 为我修复了它。

对于不想或不能针对不同 .NET Framework 版本的任何人，一个选项是安装以前版本的 NuGet.Server。例如，2.10.3 版面向 .NET 4.5。
