它是 Web 服务（或）WCF 服务吗？因为如果它是 WCF 服务，那么您可以使用 SvcUtil.exe 访问该服务。如果它是一个 Web 服务，那么您可以从任何 Web 浏览器访问该服务，只要您知道 WSDL 文件名，如下所示

http://servername/apppath/webservicename.asmx
