当我们在caffe中开发了一个新层,即new_layer.cpp,new_layer.cu,和new.layer.hpp时,我们必须重新编译caffe,是否可以只编译这个新层文件,就像对原来的更新一样库,还是我们必须重新编译整个库?谁能给我一个提示?
添加:实际上我从github上某人的实现下载了层文件:https://github.com/farmingyard/ShuffleNet有.cpp.cu.hpp文件,我把.cpp和.cu放在caffe/src/caffe/layers中,把@987654331 @ 在caffe/include/caffe/layers/ 中,然后将caffe.proto 添加为:

在proto文件的末尾,然后我在caffe根目录中调用make clean然后make all,没有错误,我检查了有几行

NVCC src/caffe/layers/shuffle_channel_layer.cu
并且(不知道是不是已经重新编译了proto文件)
CXX .build_release/src/caffe/proto/caffe.pb.cc
然后make proto,给出:
make: Nothing to be done for proto
然后我调用make pycaffe,没有错误提示,编译成功。然后我用作者写的example prototxt文件做一个使用新层的样例网络,然后出现如下错误提示:
