只是想运行一个

pip install CrossMap

在 OSX 10.11.6 上安装了 brew 的 python（2.7.12 版）和 pip（9.0.1 版）并遇到此错误：

htslib/hts_os.c:30:10: fatal error: 'os/rand.c' file not found
#include "os/rand.c"
         ^
1 error generated.
error: command 'clang' failed with exit status 1

我到处寻找有关此错误的信息，但它已经空了。这个依赖从何而来，如何安装？

CrossMap 依赖于pysam，它是sam tools 的包装器。编译pysam前需要安装htslib。

我不确定brew install htslib 安装了什么。如果只有图书馆——这还不够。 pysam 似乎是需要 htslib 的来源。
