但是当我尝试运行jupyter notebook 或jupyter notebook --generate-config 时，我收到Command 'jupyter' not found 的错误消息。你能帮我解决这个问题吗？

我也使用 Jupyter，但我安装的完全不同。您可以安装经常用于 python 的 Anaconda3。从那里，您可以打开 Anaconda3 提示符并使用简单的命令 jupyter notebook 打开它。
