我找到了解决方案！在 didSelect 中调用 performSegue(withIdentifier: "callDriverPopupSegue", sender: self) 时出现这种情况，因为单击的注释保持选中状态。所以我在mapview控制器中添加了下面的代码来取消选择注释，然后我可以第二次点击。
