我的程序流程是

活动启动服务。
服务启动TimerTask获取html
当TimerTask获取新的html时，sendBroadcast();
广播类接收“String html”
onReceive 被调用并在 Activity 中启动 change(html) 方法。
change(String html) 方法把html放到activity中的textview中。

我的问题在 5 处：“活动实例为空”

因为 webview 不是 setcontentview。所以现在，没有看到 webview，工作背景。它对我有好处。但。不可见的 webview 覆盖所有 UI，Activity UI 被丢弃。
因为处理程序没有正确使用。不可见的 webview 使用 Handler？

您不能保留活动的静态变量，这会导致泄漏和错误！

Android 系统会根据各种情况（需要内存资源、配置更改等）重新创建和删除您的活动

您应该使用 Intent 实现 Activity 和 Service 之间的通信。

如果您不想每次都创建新活动，请将活动 launchMode 设置为 singleTop。然后，您需要在活动的 onNewIntent(Intent) 方法中处理意图
