AllowOverride 仅在指定的<Directory> 部分中有效没有正则表达式，不在<Location>，<DirectoryMatch> 或<Files> 部分。

您将AllowOverride 放入/etc/httpd/conf.d/enable_mod_rewrite.conf。这可能会导致 Apache 无法启动。
