以下是部分答案。可以防止上面的约束问题，但是，我还没有找到如何使表的其余部分随着表头大小的变化而移动。

1) 在情节提要中设置表头的 translatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints = NO。

2) 既然自动调整大小的掩码没有产生约束，就在标题上设置约束。
