*缺少本地通知的推送通知权利*

如果我们只发送本地通知，我不清楚是否需要在配置文件中请求推送通知权限。我在向 iTunes 上传测试时收到了警告邮件，不想在提交时浪费时间。

本地通知不需要对权利进行任何更改。

远程推送通知需要您在权利中启用推送通知，并且您还需要一个开发者帐户。
