【问题描述】：
由于项目需要，需要使用vcpkg来安装1.18grpc和3.6.1.3protobuf，所以我修改vcpkg-master\ports\rpc\CONTROL为指定版本，当然我也修改了CONTROL protobuf.Finally vcpkg 报错：Error: Building package grpc: x86-windows failed with: BUILD_FAILED

I hope that vcpkg can install the specified version of protobuf and grpc, but the actual vcpkg only installed protobuf, and grpc failed.
