由于您没有使用嵌入式 tomcat 服务器，您可以通过使用 tomcat 配置文件来配置 JNDI：

在server.xml中，在<GlobalNamingResources>下创建一个Resource

另外，请确保您没有使用 spring-boot main 方法启动应用程序。您需要使用 maven/gradle 构建 war 文件，然后将其部署到 tomcat 并进行测试。
