【问题描述】：
当我将 sdk 版本从 27 更新到 28 时，从这部分的构建 gradle 模块应用程序的独立性出现错误。
实现'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:28.0.0'
它会抛出这个错误：
无法组合使用 groupId com.android.support 和 androidx.* 的依赖项
我不想迁移到 androidx，所以我需要解决这个问题才能使构建 gradle 正常工作。
