1. 已下载最新的android sdk工具，例如tools_r25.2.3-windows
2. 提取相同的
3. 复制模板文件夹 (\tools_r25.2.3-windows\tools\templates) 并粘贴到 \AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\tools 文件夹

编译成功，我可以在设备上运行二进制文件。
