从图库或相机 android 将图像上传到服务器

我有一个从画廊或相机上传图像到服务器的活动。从相机上传图像很好，但从画廊上传没有完成。我有一个错误显示

BitmapFactory﹕ Unable to decode stream: FileNotFoundException

当我从图库中拾取图像时，我想做它显示在图像视图的其他活动中。 我不知道如何为galary获取fileuri，请帮助我。
