这是 PHP 7.3.x 的 XDebug 错误，因此您需要安装 XDebug 2.7.0beta1：

$ pecl install xdebug-2.7.0beta1

由于我使用 Homebrew 安装了最新的 PHP 版本，XDebug 安装实际上引发了两个 mkdir() 错误。这是因为 Homebrew 的 PHP 目录中已经有一个 pecl 符号链接。

首先我想验证这一点，所以我运行了$ ls -al /usr/local/Cellar/php/<YOUR_PHP_VERSION_NUMBER>

如果您对您的 PHP 版本有任何疑问，它应该在 pecl 安装日志中并列在 mkdir() 错误旁边。

一旦我确认那里已经有一个符号链接，我就把它删除了：

$ rm /usr/local/Cellar/php/<YOUR_PHP_VERSION_NUMBER>/pecl
