经过更多实验后，我大致了解发生了什么，但不知道为什么或如何解决它。看来，如果我从 /etc/apache2 以外的任何目录（其中包含目录相对于'.'）启动 apache，它就会失败。每当我发送 SIGHUP （通过 apache2ctl restart 或通过 kill -HUP 到父进程）时，它也会失败，但当我在该目录中启动它时不会失败。我的猜测是 chdir apache 可能会对 DocumentRoot 造成 HUP 尝试从 /var/www 重新启动。但这仍然不对。
