确保您的设置反映了这些。从您的示例来看似乎是这种情况，但也许您已经更改了通知渠道设置（来自应用设置），这会覆盖您的代码首选项（用户优先于应用）。

另外，请注意，如果您向上（而不是侧向）滑动提醒通知，Android 会开始一段冷却时间，在该时间几秒钟（或更长时间）内不会出现来自该应用的提醒通知。您也可以使用 Telegram 或任何其他应用程序进行尝试。在冷静时间之后，它会像提醒通知一样再次出现。这是 Android 用来防止应用对用户造成困扰的一种方式。

通知似乎没有问题。但是您的频道已经创建并带有正常通知，并且您将 NotificationChannel 更新为 IMPORTANCE_HIGH。

Once the channel is created with priority it cannot be changed。因此，您可以更改频道 ID 或卸载并重新安装并进行测试。
