查看文档，上面写着

• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 或 4.7

注意：2015 年之后，微软 不支持 .NET Framework 4.5.0 和 4.5.1。从 CMS 11、4.6.1 是必须的。

• C# 5.0 或更高版本兼容
• MVC 5.2.3
