我们的一位客户遇到了同样的问题。原来他的IP被ModSecurity屏蔽了。发生的事情是他多次尝试通过 FTP 访问该网站，但均未成功。

如果您尝试添加包含 ModSecurity 列入黑名单的字词的内容，也会发生这种情况（如果您尝试多次，ModSecurity 只会阻止您的 IP）。

解决此问题的方法是重新启动您的 DSL 路由器，或调用您的主机解除对您的 IP 的阻止。
