我怀疑 Maven 的 jvm.config 不起作用的原因是因为这些参数适用于运行 Maven 的 JVM，但 Spring Boot 的 run 目标是在没有这些参数的情况下分叉一个新的 JVM 进程。

您可以使用 fork 配置属性禁用分叉，以便您的应用在与 Maven 相同的 JVM 中运行，或者为分叉进程指定 jvmArguments。
