我正在使用 IIS 通配符映射，因此每个请求都通过我的应用程序进行处理。

在经典模式下，我为每个未处理的请求获得一个 System.Web.DefaultHttpHandler，但在集成模式下，(HttpContext.Current.CurrentHandler / HttpContext.Current.Handler) 都为空。

我可以为所有未处理的请求设置默认处理程序吗？
