我认为您的主类对pom.xml 中提到的 jar 有一些依赖关系。您只是在创建一个不包含这些依赖项的目标 jar。您需要创建包含所有相关依赖项的 uber/fat jar。您可以使用以下插件maven-assembly-plugin 来创建目标jar。

假设： Main.java 类在 package owmapi 之下。
